Terms & Conditions – Divino Interiors
- Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Divino Interiors. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to the terms set out below.
1. General Information
- Divino Interiors is a UK-based furniture retailer supplying home furnishings including, but not limited to, dining tables, chairs, sofas, beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirrors and clocks.
- We reserve the right to amend prices, product information, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- An order is only considered confirmed when:
- payment has been received in full, and
- you receive an email order confirmation
- If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer:
- an alternative product
- a revised delivery date
- or a full refund
- We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing or listing errors occur.
3. Prices & Payment
- All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept major debit and credit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Delivery
- We deliver across the UK and Northern Ireland only.
- Orders over £500 qualify for free delivery
- Orders under £500 incur a £19.99 delivery fee
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. You will be contacted to arrange a confirmed delivery date.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- provide accurate delivery information
- ensure safe and adequate access for large items
- be present at the agreed delivery time
- Missed deliveries or failed access may result in redelivery charges.
5. Risk & Ownership
- Ownership of goods transfers to you once:
- full payment has been received, and
- goods have been delivered
- Risk and responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
- Once goods have been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return and subject to our Returns Policy.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
7. Returns & Refunds
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
- Items must be:
- unused
- in original packaging
- in resellable condition
- Returns due to change of mind may incur return carriage costs which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
8. Product Descriptions & Images
- We make every effort to display products accurately. However:
- colours may vary based on lighting and screen settings
- measurements are approximate
- minor design variations may occur
- These do not constitute product faults.
9. Liability
- Divino Interiors will not be liable for:
- loss of earnings
- Indirect or consequential losses
- damage caused by incorrect assembly or misuse
- Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
10. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data protection laws. We do not share personal details with third parties except for delivery and payment processing purposes.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
