Divino Interiors Returns Policy


At Divino Interiors, we want you to love your furniture as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.


1. Returns Period

You may return most new, unopened furniture items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Custom/bespoke orders and clearance items may be subject to different conditions, as outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The item is in its original packaging and condition.

- The item is unused and undamaged.

- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Customised/bespoke or special order furniture

- Clearance or sale items

- Mattresses and bedding products (for hygiene reasons)

- Accessories, decor, and soft furnishings that have been opened or used


4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team at info@divinointeriors.co.uk or visit our showroom at 52 Albert Road, TS1 1QD..

- You will receive instructions on how to return your item, including details on whether it needs to be returned to our store or if we can arrange for pickup.

- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and ship it to the address provided in your return Process, if applicable.


5. Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.

- For other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and they will be deducted from your refund.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different piece of furniture,dependant on if it is still in its original packaging and unopened and not a bespoke order please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
